First helmet didn't fit, even though head measures 57cm and helmet medium is 57/58cm (presume Viper helmets come up large). Requested exchanger to a small, sent back helmet, there was then some mix up confusion as advised helmet had been worn out , which it hadn't, anyway long story short, replacement was sent and fits perfectly. Communication and customer service with the lid factory was great. Happy customer.
