EVRI and their Customer Service are a total disgrace, they lost it in their system and 4 unanswered requests for a Call back later the item was delivered on 23/3/24.

When I question their mistake I got told I had ordered a 13.5 tog and blamed me!! I hadn't. Read the listing below. Mistakes happen. Dont blame customer for your error. Just sort it professionally and send me a 4.5tog what I ordered and still need? Rubbish service indeed.
