  My Japanese friend asked me to send her the Magic Kiss lipstick color "chocolate Kiss" from Hawaii. I found it on eBay & I bought and sent it to her without opening the inside package as the vinyl wrapper around the lipstick was very tightly sealed. When it arrived to my friend in Japan, she opened up the vinyl wrapper, the lipstick was in a melted condition (see pictures attached) and ran all over. I wrote to the seller and asked to send her a better one, but received no reply from the seller.
