Seller listed the jeans as size 14W Plus size in the details. When the arrived they were size 14. I contacted her and she stated she didn’t accept returns because all size 14 are plus size. I sent her a size chart for the jeans and a photo. She stopped communication. I had to reach out to eBay for help. Very frustrating and disappointed.

It took 9 days since placing the order for the seller to ship. When contacted they claimed it was UPS was the reason even though they clearly did not drop off the package. I would have been more fine if they were just honest but the need to lie upset me. I work for the post office (not ups) but I felt kinship to my fellow package delivery drivers and felt rude.
