    Arrived but due to poor packaging it’s a wonder the straps weren’t lost in transit suggest you review your packaging process why not double wrap in cardboard or perhaps sellotape the whole parcel good job we aren’t having to ask you for a refund for all or some of our order !!! Photos attached FYI of parcel condition when we received it. Trust you will take our comments on board.
