  Quality of item is excellent and great addition to our dinner service. Value is great, packaging was a bit over the top and therefore even though we paid £4.85 postage as part of payment , there were insufficient postage paid and we had to pay extra £3.10 to the post office. Seller needs to ensure they pay correct postage before sending!!

  Bag arrived was cheap and damaged. Seller tried to blame carrier but packaging was not damaged at all. Bag was shoddy. Took a massive argument to get a refund! Only refunded when threatened with EBay. Do not buy. Seller rude and aggressive. Refunded yes but easily! Terrible seller.
