  Arrived tarnished, quite a few “patches” and also a green mark on the foam presentation box. The seller did say they’d accept a return, but they couldn’t explain why the item was tarnished. 9ct gold shouldn’t tarnish, so I asked it it was plated or perhaps mislabelled. They said they couldn’t say until it was “returned to their supplier”.

  Not too sure why these have not been returned to me as I have offered a full refund twice!! I could not explain the tarnishing without an explanation from my supplier. I have not had an issue like this since I started selling on eBay 19 years ago!
