The item arrived in a carboard box the had the most horrendous smell almost smelling of dog poo inside was a ripped tatty original retail box that had been stuck together with clear tape. The toaster was dinted as stated in the description but upon testing the toaster only worked on 2 of the 4 slots ...this was clearly sold as defective but was advertised as "new other" . Looking back at previous feedback im guessing this has been sold before and returned and then resold. UNTRUSTWORTHY SELLER
