Apart from, that the damage was larger to that shown in the photos on-line, the kettle supplied came from THREE different boxes, i.e.THREE DIFFERENT Serial Numbers!! I also made the comment to the Seller that I wondered what our local trading Standards Office would make of what had been supplied. His reation was to offer a return label so that I could obtain a re-fund. That was too late as the kettle was already in use elsewhere. At no time did I get any explanation or apology!!

***Buyers Beware*** Ebay had to step in to refund me. Seller sent me an empty box. Woefully inadequate packaging, item probably escaped in transit. They also use Evri, which is a worry.Evri claimed it was left in my greenhouse and photographed it leaning up against my front door area. I don't have a greenhouse!! Seller failed to respond to my message for 5 days, some excuse about not looking at messages at the weekend. Claim raised and ebay refunded me. Seller is just totally unprofessional.
