  First class service. Order delivered within the quoted time, order was packaged securely which meant my whole order arrived safely and intact and most importantly fresh. There was a slight issue with the order which was resolved immediately by the seller who not only replaced the item but gave me a few extra.   The plant order was dealt with very quickly, and despatched on the Monday by Royal mail 48. The plants were well packaged and arrived in reasonably good condition on the Friday. They soon picked up once watered and some sun. Very good value for money, and good size plants. Will certainly use this company again.

  Plant arrived healthy and was posted quickly. BUT, I ordered 3 , recieved only 2. I didn't bother contacting seller as happy with both that arrived and with other order included and for the price not too much of an issue. I would order again from this seller but I'd make sure order was fulfilled. Otherwise all OK.

  Plants arrived securely packed in a damp plastic bag and were in great condition. A leaflet was included by the seller in case of any issues with the plants delivery as well. Good value and the Frogbit plants have now been added to my garden wildlife pond. Excllent Ebay Seller and I would use them again.

  Once again as with previous order, well packed extremely efficient at sending out immediately (purchased another item of a similar nature from another supplier days before and I'm still waiting).
