  Item is beautiful, in great condition and as described. However, the seller exhibited very poor customer service. They created a shipping label the day they receive payment from me for the item. But then did not ship the item to me until 10 days post payment. I reached out to them twice for a status update on shipping and they never responded to me. I am happy with the item , but feel the seller should have better communication skills, and ship things timely!

  Our apologies. I checked my messages and the only thing in my inbox was the day you purchased the item sending us an offer. Had I received a message I would have responded. You stated you sent two but I got no messages from your account. We suggest you contact ebay in regard to the messages because I did not get any. We do our best to give accurate ship times but mix ups can happen. This listing had 4 business day which does not include weekends.
