I tried resolving it with the neighbours, and eBay they all said contacted ‘seller’ I’ve contacted seller a number of times to resolve the issue and nothing has been done. I’ve wasted over £20.00 !! Eventually had to open a case with Ebay. It still took too long for seller to respond. Previous order with this seller was fine, but really disillusioned this time. Item, when I finally received it, was fine.
