  The linear actuator is perfect for my application and was delivered quickly. Unfortunately during the shipping the box was torn which allowed one of the pivot brackets and pivot pins to fall out. I contacted the seller and thankfully Kathy from Customer Service responded very quickly and has sent me the missing parts.
