  Excellent customer service! Excellent communication. Item arrived fast and was just as described. In working with the linear actuator I managed to break it...all my fault. When I asked about replacement parts they said parts were available but would come from China. I had the parts in one week! I would highly recommend this Company!

  I ordered this by mistake so I don’t know how good the product is, but I do know that the seller did a great job of refunding my money immediately and they replied within like 10 minutes of me messaging them and it was already like 2 o’clock in the morning so at least the customer service is good. I can’t vouch for the product because I never got it.

  I've opted to send it back to the seller , my wife ordered the same one and it was here in two days . The same exact one and it was way too big for my Varon NT-03 oxygen concentrator . So I contacted my eBay seller and asked if I could send it back to them ,she said yes of course that would be fine and when she gets it she will refund my money. So only good to say about the seller
