    I received 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel which, I believe, do not match the description of "extra thick" and I consider them to be poor quality. I emailed the seller on 29th January advising them and that I consider them to be quite thin, not what I was expecting. I did not receive a reply and emailed them again on 1st February.
