    As I was bidding on three coaches once the auctions had ended, the seller was happy to combine the postage costs, and the three coaches were duly despatched. The parcel was slightly delayed by the courier, and it arrived a day later than the estimated delivery day (which was not a problem for me). The parcel was delivered in good condition, and the coaches were very well packaged and are exactly as described. Happy with the purchase and the service provided by the seller.

    Product poorly packed and suffered damage as a result. I contacted the vendor and received a replacement item as and when available Communication with Claire was replied to straight away and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this ebayer. I did suggest that products of this type would benefit by being posted in a cardboard tube although I appreciate that this might add to the costs. Many thanks!
