  Mir wurde ein falsches Produkt geliefert. Anstatt es problemlos zurückzunehmen und das richtige zu senden, wurde mir erst 30 %, dann 50 % Rabatt angeboten – aber keinerlei Gespräch über eine Korrektur durch Zusendung des korrekten Artikels. Das ist kein kundenfreundlicher Service. Ich hätte erwartet, dass man den eigenen Fehler behebt, anstatt auf diese Weise zu vertrösten. Sehr enttäuschend.

  Was a fake Mancera fragrance. Had a sticker, "Made in China". Box was not protected/packaged correctly. Came damaged. Seller gave the runaround offering a discount, then for a return, gave a long-winded Chinese BS address to return to. What a joke. It shipped from NY!(?) Buy from this seller at your own risk. I received a refund when ebay stepped in.
