  After buying the iteam i was asked to pay another £100 for old steering surcharge, and after receiving the new one they promised they would send a collection dor the old one and £100 will be returned (within 90days of purchase). New item was received within a week but i contacted seller to ask if he arranged the old steering rack to be collected they never answered back, i tried many times but they did not get back and i did not get my £100 back ((

  Hi We can not refund a surcharge unless it is returned and inspected. We did book a collection at your request but there was no answer when DHL attempted. We were charged and only pay for the collection once. Regards

  A1. Worked fine. For the price it was a bargain. Arrived quickly and was fitted/tested etc. read the advert and it’s clear as day what you have to do. They phoned me up and clarified/checked they were sending the right part etc. I’ve still yet to arrange collection of my old rack, but happy with the price/service, and if my old unit is unserviceable the recon unit was still a bargain.

  It was me that misinterpreted the item , I m sorry I ve now phoned companyand they were very helpful , differently recommend them , Dave was helpful explaining, about how you send your old steering rack to be reconditioned

  Seller ring me to collect an additional surcharge which is made clear on the listing then told me with a few hours notice they had booked the return collection so I missed it now not willing to rebook the collection so won’t return the surcharge or collect the item! Rack wasn’t the best quality and doesn’t come quite as is photographed

  Customer booked a collection with us we booked and paid for the next day collection as he requested. Courier attended to collect he was not there we still had to pay for the collection. Customer can still return the old unit but at his cost. Dont see what we have done wrong and the supplied steering rack was perfect just trying to make be insulting. Regards Dave
