The beautiful plate was priced reasonably, shipped in a timely manner and even though it was packaged extremely well and with care, evidently it had been dropped during shipping from a distance because it arrived broken. We were both disappointed but they refunded me promptly. I would definitely buy from them again. They resolve issues and I appreciated that so much!
