The item received is as described, but the condition of the item is a bit of a worry. Everything was in the package, however the item was not very well packed. The canvas has folds, bump, lumps and creases. I informed the seller about it and I was told not to worry as it doesn’t affect the finish work which I hope so. Shame I can’t give it more feedback after I’ve finished it.

The seller could promise promise that this item will be delivered by than
I wanted to cancel this order as i dnt need it after 19th of March
However seller did not take this to the consideration and still didnt want to return me money for item i dnt need it.
I believe as a customer i have a right change my mind and cancel the order within 14 days

AVOID!!! Took almost 4 weeks to dispatch my cushion cover and that's only because I was chasing it, I asked several times to cancel the order before it was finally posted but they didn't. When it eventually arrived, they sent the WRONG cover!!! Now I'm asking for a refund they are totally ignoring me!!!!
