  Described as new, arrived looking used and came damaged. Reached out to seller and am told it's a shippers issue which is more disappointing because it's such an inexpensive item and could easily be taken care of. Really unprofessional. This is what I dislike about eBay.

  Buyer beware! Vaccum came and box came pretty beat up but the contents inside were okay. The vacuum turned out to not work because the battery was not able to hold any charge I waited almost over 6 hours to see if it would fully charge and it never did charge at all. So I contacted the seller and it’s been two days now and nothing. They have not contacted me. Worst seller and fraud. The vacuum wasn’t even a V18 model as well so it was false advertising. Please save your money.
