  I unfortunately ordered the wrong size when purchasing these earrings, and asked whether they had a smaller size. They had a smaller size in a pair virtually identical, and they asked if I liked to have these as a replacement. They were lovely and I accepted. The replacements arrived by first class post and a refund was credited to my account as they were slightly cheaper. Brilliant service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend
