  The items were wrapped very well. The cups and saucers arrived in perfect condition. Items were exactly as described and I am excited to use. The shipping had a little trouble on my side. Instead of being delivered, I had to pick up at post office, but this was of no fault of seller. The cups and saucers are just what I wanted and were a good price compared to other sellers.   1st time ordering from this person, and ethics are amazing! Apparently the box was ripped while pulling the product, and rather than sending and arguing after the fact, they completely refunded and sent the car anyways without me saying a word. Will look to buy more from them in the future.

  Hat was as described and I'm happy with it. I only wish a little more effort would have gone into the packaging. The hat was just put into a box without any paper, padding or any type wrapping. Had the box been crushed so would have the hat.

  There are e-bayers whom I'd rank as poor, good, and excellent. This e-bayer is EXCELLENT, and moreso cares about the seller, as demonstrated in the yards and yards of bubble wrap used with crinkled paper insulation in a sturdy box.
