Sent me 2 cheap brass instead of All 24K Gold Plated vessels I ordered. This was not a mistake cause I bought the last two items and they were re-listed the same day. Replied with a canned reply to my written complain asking me to call them to discuss - a typical response of the scammers to avoid leaving any written evidence. We repeatedly messaged you to try to make contact with us to correct the problem quickly but you refused to make contact. We always try to maintain 100% customer satisfaction and we do anything we can to please our clients. I hope in time you will understand the best way to correct a problem is with simple contact with the seller and we can discuss and correct to your satisfaction. I needed to re-order those two vessels because they sent me cheaper brass items instead of these gold plated. They did not provide immediate refund and did not send me replacement immediately. They request me to send those cheap brass bogus items back to them first. I did not have time to ship and wait another two+ weeks. I needed those urgently so was forced to place another order paying more more money to these swindlers.

I have been going to this seller for many church needs. By far some of the best customer service. The quality of the products is outstanding and are the real deal and for a fraction of the price you would get it brand new out of the catalog, but much better quality.
