  Erstaunlicher Weise sehr schneller Versand, sonst hat es länger gedauert, was sehr gut ist! Die Verpackungen der Haarfarbe waren leider sehr lädiert, was leider normal ist, als Vorschlag würde ich vor dem Versenden, den Inhalt des Kartons raus nehmen, den Karton falten und alles einzeln in die Versandtasche legen. Der Kontakt mit dem Verkäufer war sehr gut, sehr freundlich, Ware ist einwandfrei. Verkäufer ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den reibungslosen Verlauf.

  I began using the product and am pleased with the progress. Delivery did take a considerable time and after I checked where the item was shipped from, I understood. It came from Bulgaria! The instructions were also given in Bulgarian. It wasn't an issue. I researched the item online in English. The box was slightly crushed but the product was in excellent condition. The value was reasonable and the Seller was prompt in correspondence. I give them a four and 1/2 star rating!

  I generally had a good experience with the purchase. The only thing is that it took 35 days to receive the product and I wish it could take shorter time in the future. My suggestion for the sender would be to wrap the package with more bubble wraps. I did drop it on the concrete floor when I pulled it out of the mail box and quite worried about the glass bottle.
