    Wrong item sent . Contacted seller and they would not respond. I put in a request to say item wasn't received all they did was to say item was delivered. They I had to reiterate it was wrong item and ll they had to say was for me to request a return. No apologise no sense of responsibility whatsoever. . This was after one week .

    I received my bags which are supposed to be dusky pink with matching handles! The bags I have received have white handles and the colouring is peach , I have contacted the seller twice and have had no response. It is not as it is described. I’m really disappointed unfortunately I had an event and needed to use these bags. The reason I chose to buy from you was because I wanted matching handles.
