The seller products are not what is described and what you receive. It's unfortunate that individuals like this are allowed to sell on ebay. Contacting the seller to voice your complaint is a waste of time. I guess the first sign would be when a seller states that there is "No refunds"!!!!! DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM AN INDIVIDUAL THAT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY ARE SELLING, once they get your money, they are done with you.

Let me say first that this seller reimbursed me ‘in full’ for the 3 ornaments I ordered from their Ebay site in December. I ordered 3 of their ornaments for my teenage granddaughters annual Christmas ornament. Each one was $19.99(plus my state’s sales tax). These were personalized exactly how I worded the text. They ornaments were shipped in a timely manner. However, these ornaments were much smaller than what stated in the item description. Read all of the reviews before ordering.
