Unclear instructions in description and obviously other people have misunderstood. I had messaged to add name on front and was acknowledged prior to receipt. Arrived with no text in card so useless. Received arrogant, blunt and downright rude messages. Would never ever recommend. Card useless and had to go in the bin. Really not the way to do business. You need to review your description as lots of customers being misled

When making your purchase you selected and paid for 'option 1'. It's made very clear in the description what each of the options include. You openly admitted to us that you didn't read the description and that you just selected the cheapest option as "it's up to you what you spend on a card". If you had taken the time to read what each option included, you would've realised that with option 1, the inside of your card was going to be blank. This is a buyer issue, we've not made a mistake here.

Really poor colour on this card, it was so very pale, nothing like the picture in the description.
Had to tear the card up in order to get a refund!!! I wouldn't have used it as I was so disappointed.
Very poor customer service - seller to be avoided.

You sent us a photo of the card where all the colours in the photo looked a bit 'off' and 'blurry' (not just the card but the surroundings in the image too). We then sent you a postage label to return the card to us so that we could inspect the colours in person, but you refused to. As you were so against this we asked you to tear the card in half to gain a refund. You done this and then sent us the card back anyway. As we expected, there was nothing wrong with the print. It was your image.

As we've made you aware already. The sand in the listing image and the sand bag which you are holding have the exact same amount of sand in each of the bags. The sand bag displayed in the listing is laid down and therefore the sand is spread out. However, the sand bag in your image is being held upright and therefore all the sand is in the bottom of the bag. Again, I hope this helps you to understand that the only difference between the two images is that one is held upright and one's laid down.
