Initially, the sellers communication was great after I messaged them and asked for the correct one to be sent out and I would return the one I had received. This was agreed, but then there was nothing; no response to further messages or the replacement. I begun the return process and waited. Thankfully, the seller responded and sincerely apologised for the time it took to respond (medical) to my messages and I got the correct part back.
