Excellent communication within a very timely manner. There was a slight delay with the delivery but within hours there was detailed information from the seller.
They provided easy instructions to ship the faulty item back, using the same packaging.

The mini cooper power steering pump I received from LJ SASL was exactly as described. It came well packaged and in a fully refurbished condition, and looked as good as new. Installation was quite straightforward and the pump is working perfectly providing the power assistance. I think the pump was very competitively priced and I was delighted to get £45 back off the already discounted price on returning my old unit. It is also guaranteed for 2 years. Hi I had my power steering pump reconditioned came very well packaged and looking brand new after I had it fitted it would only work on a cold start and after restarting engine after drive it would go stiff. I explained this with someone called Leon who then sent me out another unit which is working perfectly. Would highly recommend this professional and genuine company.

I recently purchased a reconditioned pump from LJ Auto they was very helpful in giving me the information I need regarding replacing my pump. The service was spot-on. We had a problem with the delivery company. I post office where there was a delay on my item reaching me. I messaged L J autos they sent me all the tracking details I needed and they was very apologetic, even though it wasn’t down to them I would fully recommend these guys and I will definitely use them again .

Thanks for the feedback - this was certainly a catalogue or errors with RM. To be fair to RM we rarely experience issues such as this but I guess they're human too. I'm pleased we got there in the end and you are happy with the pump.
