Although I had not selected '1st Class' delivery, because I was short of time with my birthday card order, they freely posted the item by 1st Class post, arriving in plenty of time.   Beautiful card excellent value for money, royal mail unfortunately took a lot longer to deliver the item than anticipated however the seller was extremely happy to replace the lost item 10/10 for customer focus and reliability minus for royal mail which unfortunately for small item's sellers and customers rely on really good seller highly recommended thank you
