We usually leave positive feedback for everyone however on this occasion Customer Service is appalling, incorrect wheels sent out, had to chase multiple times for them to be collected. No response to any of our ebay messages, Ebay had to step in to initiate refund. for a company to not respond back to any ebay messages for items they are selling on ebay is really bad. Postage is quick, Packaging is good, but items not as described however items are value for money hence the neutral feedback.
