This wonderful item is exactly as described. It arrived very wonderfully packed. The shipping was a little slow, but it was totally the fault of the postal system, not the seller at all. My purchase is, as described...excellent condition looks almost new! All original pieces were included, excited to use for all future Christmas tradition and pass it on to my son for future generations. The delivery was great the fee might have seemed a bit much, however for us it was worth every dime! My purchased arrived early, packed to limit any damage. Great to see that the seller did an awesome job of getting my purchase to me before the holiday shipping delays.

The seller was willing to negotiate. The product was packed with care and arrived on time. Two of rollers did not heat up and the seller responded immediately with apologies and a full refund was received. Sad the product didn't work but very pleased with experience and seller.

Item came mostly as shown. Unfortunately the shipping box got squashed, so there are some dents to the plastic that weren't there before. Seller tried to protect the item, but unfortunately more bubble wrap and a stronger shipping box might have helped. I'm still happy with the transaction and would buy from this seller again, 5 stars.
