Ordered from discount aquatics a lot, mostly cherry and crystal shrimp. shrimp are always as shown in the pictures and are always packed very well in a bag with a small piece of mesh for the shrimp, plastic tub, wrapped in newspaper and then bagged and sent out with "live do not delay" stickers , always 24 tracked packaging too which is super helpful! very highly recommend purchasing from these guys :)

Company was great, fast delivery of the fish, well packed etc. The courier UPS we terrible, they change the day of delivery without notifying me, then at 1418 in the afternoon changed the status from processing to out for delivery, then attempted delivery at 1505 giving me no chance to get home. One would expect a decent amount of notification. Surely they must have some idea what parcels are going to be delivered that day.
