    Firstly I would just like to say that I have forgotten I had even brought this and as I cannot work out how to blow up the picture to see if I have it then I’m afraid to say that communication was poor, I cannot remember ordering it so I cannot tell you how the postage went. When it arrived it must have been in good condition as I don’t like that. I do only buy patterns I know I can do so it must be in my in tray some where.

    Tracking shows that your order arrived on the 16th May and I disagree that communication was poor. The rest of your comment has nothing to do with the transaction.
