The front and back only had crunched up brown paper. An item for that price should maybe be double boxed. That’s just my opinion. Thanks. Very good transaction

  Item model number was incorrect on the listing. The model listed was for a directv stream box but the item i received was a different model number to be used with satellite TV. Seemless return though and good communication. The item was in excellent condition and packaged well. Shipping time was excellent. Good seller, i just think it was an honest mistake.
