  Fast shipping, well packaged and prices were reasonable. The paint on the spool was not quite as nice as I had hoped, (it is used), but acceptable. Seller combined shipping on several items, so I saved enough on shipping to cover the cost of this item, so you might say this was a freebee, so I can't complain.
