    Royal Mail delivered the item to the wrong address. Thankfully, the resident brought it to me.     Epic fail. This product is not as advertised, which is three or four 7-8 inch trout per pack. Received exactly what o did not want: three packs of multiple tiny trout. Worse, absurd to send frozen fish by post in just an insulated package with no ice packs - upon receipt the fish were unsurprisingly thawed out and mush. So, not as advertised, unfit for purpose. Complete waste of money. Contacted seller requesting refund which was refused. Disgraceful.
