Customer service needs improving, ordered an item which they shipped to me knowing that the item was not of good quality. The thread printing was non existent. Tried to contact seller for help and a solution, instead told me to pay for a refund back to them when they could have notified me about the initial poor quality order in the first instance to avoid disappointment and refunds taking place. I will now be looking elsewhere for alternative options as seller was not supportive!
