    Good product, but extremely slow dispatch time. Their advert mentioned super fast delivery which is why I went with them. I cantacted them after waiting for days for it to be sent, only to get a response saying cancel if you want for a refund. I also waited 2 days for a response (as they don't work weekends). I wasn't going to do this as it would take even longer to get a similar product. The postage also took another week. A very poor experience with no sympathy from their customer service.

    Upset by this false and misleading feedback. As a business, yes, we're close weekends and reflected in despatch times. Buyer purchased on Saturday evening. The despatch date on the order was for a Monday. Buyer sent repeated messages on Sunday. We replied when we opened on the Monday to confirm item was being posted that day. Buyer opted for free 2-3 delivery. We posted on time, with the chosen delivery. We do our very best but we can't work 24/7 or post on days Royal Mail are closed.
