    Die Ware wurde wie beschrieben geliefert, jedoch war die Verpackung unzureichend. Das Paket war beschädigt und teilweise aufgerissen, wodurch einige Teile ( Scheiben) verloren gehen sind. Ich habe den Verkäufer umgehend kontaktiert und paar Bildern des beschädigten Pakets geschickt, jedoch keine Reaktion erhalten. Eine bessere Verpackung und ein kundenfreundlicherer Service wären wünschenswert.

Die Versandkosten werden auf die Gesamtbestellung angewendet. Hier sollte man sicher sein , dass man den Bestellposten zahlenmäßig groß genug benötigt, Ansonsten wird der Gesamtpreis auf die EInheit (i.e. pro Stück) recht hoch. Darum Abzug bei den Versandkosten - aber da wirds kleinlich :-)
