    The item is a 3D printed figure with delicate plastic parts. I paid $30 for shipping and customs and when my item showed up it was it was wrapped in a minimal amount of bubble wrap and placed in an oversized box without filling in the space with some kind of packing so it could easily shift around in the box and as a result it arrived with a piece of it broken off. I contacted the seller to notify them and never heard back from them. Terrible shipping, terrible customer service.

    1. interatinal shipping is handled by ebay and not myself so that cost has nothing to do with me, this was packed exactly like all the others i have sent with no issue and the box was not oversized at all, i actually did reply to you with offer of a replacment or refund but had nothing back and nor did you open a case with ebay which i would have happily settled with you, just left a bad review with no resolution contact me for a full refund

    The figures arrived perfect. The packaging was multi-layered and the figures were completely protected that way. The package came extra fast to my home address.
