  I ordered this pump but received a faulty pump which would not work, I contacted them right away and they were very apologetic and said they would send a replacement straight away. I received the pump in a couple of days and the pump was perfect, I did not even have to return the faulty pump. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend this pump, it is relatively cheap and is well made.
