I bought 2 lots of these Scrabble tiles as extra sets for my grandson's & my games. They arrived a week later than the delivery date as I had to pay £3.50 extra postage. The seller paid postage but the post office said it wasn't enough. I paid the extra cost & reset a new delivery date. I contacted the seller & asked if they could reimburse me the £3.50 and they did with no problem. The seller also apologised for the shortage which is why I've left good feedback.
