  I was a little upset that the item arrived damaged as it was a gift but the seller was very helpful and offered me a replacement / full refund.   Well packaged, and good condition. It was a speedy delivery if it was not lost and send to wrong addresses. It wasn't the Seller's fault but the carrier. It says delivered through my email but I did not received it. I managed to contact royal mail and retrieved it. It was redeliver to me after 6 days. Highly recommend.
