    Well it wasn't the same rose as advertised, or even the same as the name tag on the rose itself! It was a yellow floribunda type, in full flower, and not the pretty single flowered one that the label showed! It was packed well and delivered well, so I kept it and didn't say anything, as there wasn't time to send it back before it was needed as a present.

    The seller refused to add garden pots in a different colour to my order. I have to place another order and pay for the postage again. Very poor communication skills and unhelpful customer service. I was only offered 50 pence discount and I was left without a response. Low quality and overpriced plastic garden pots. Appearance and condition worse than on the listing and cheap looking. Avoid this seller.

    The rose arrived very damaged due to insufficient packaging but when informed the seller was very apologetic and polite and sent a replacement immediately which was very well packed. Lovely rose thx.
