Item is listed as new in box, and I must say that other than rubbing on the outer box, this is in pristine condition. The ornament is still in the interior packaging with wrapping and tape. Fast Shipping. The doll is beautiful and still attached to the cardboard backing. The box, however, was not unopened and the photographs did not show it with the bottom and top of the box open. I believe that it was as described. Brand new, sealed, in the box. I did reach out to the seller who apologized. For the price paid, I will reglue and sit it with the rest of my collection. It is not worth anything as far as collecting goes but until I find another one this will fill the hole in the line.

Seller needs to package items better for shipping. Giftset not wrapped carefully, items bounced around inside box during transit and it needed to be cut open to replace everything. Otherwise, as described and a great price.
