Communication was good as the seller contacted me to check the actual spec of my car, the deliver came in the range stated at the time of purchase, delivery was included in the price, but couldn't be delivered to a PO Box so I had to give a friends address, packaging was good and protected the product, the instructions could have had better photos to show how the to assemble and the color of the bolts and washers, the product fitted perfectly and looks great, and performs excellently
