  Slow delivery. Ordered on the 17th on Fri and got it on the 23rd following Thursday. For comparison - on the 17th I also ordered a cut to measure roller blind which arrived 2 days earlier! So my blind was been already up for 2 days when the hand towels arrived. Also tracking told me the towels were coming yesterday, so I stayed and waited like stupid and they never came. The towles are fine, I already had bought them before.

  Seller sent item that did not match description. I returned the item to them as wrong expecting to get a full refund of £10.97. Instead they deducted return postage and returned only £7.62. I was under the impression that if an incorrect item was supplied the seller refunded the amount paid for it. Not very satisfactory!
