  A little disappointed as I ordered this to help with my recovery from a knee replacement surgery. However it did not arrive on time but after communicating with the seller they did send a replacement which was as described.

  Seller sent item that did not match description. I returned the item to them as wrong expecting to get a full refund of £10.97. Instead they deducted return postage and returned only £7.62. I was under the impression that if an incorrect item was supplied the seller refunded the amount paid for it. Not very satisfactory!
